Spring rates and suspension settings.

Ok well after my second full day driving my new toy and my first autox in a few years I know I need to make some changes.
Car came with the non damping adjustable h&r coilovers. Overall on the road they ride very nice but they dive and lift to much (watch video)

It is a rwd car not awd. Looking for what new spring rates to put in the coilovers. Someday I'll upgrade to much better ones but not in the budget at the moment.

Also I'll be adding
Sway bars and end links
Toe links
Rear adjustable control arms

Wondering what guys are running foe toe and camber settings. I will be primary weekend toy and autox, a few track days if I can make it to them. Thanks

Video link is not working.

I dont have any suspension advise yet, my car goes in for PSS10 with Tarret drop links and solid LCA bushings on the 21st Sept.
Good luck with it.
