Re Gear the Trans or Go to Better Cams?

Which one would you do and why?

Change the gearing on the Trans or go with Better Cams

If you re-gear the trans logically it will be kinder on the motor as lower revs and also it may work better as you will load the turbos more. But why not do both and be greedy !!!
