Its all done !! well, for now....
Thanks jp.
whew. that's a relief. i thought a shock was leaking? that'd be insane to have to pull all that stuff out for something like that! you should be trouble free for quite some time moving quickly forward! enjoy, looks like you've got a great crew to run with.
on a side note.. i find it so odd that the tarret stuff needs tweaking or an altered dl? for so many ( or myself and a few, i should say in fairness..).. for what would appear to be plug and play 996t stuff. but at least as you say, they sure try to help. anyway.. all in the past lol cheers.

Ira at Tarrett is now working making bent ones for the front drive set ups.
Part email from Ira
"I wonder why we sometimes have fit issues, while most others work fine. I'm pretty sure that most of the ones that do clear, are pretty close to not clearing. Between different swaybars, ride heights, shocks used, and other variables, it's tough to have one size fits all."
Thanks Sam

Saw these while waiting for my new tires to be fitted and thought of you.
At least she knew where you were, did her call make you come home any sooner? I think I know the answer ...
...i wish i could say it was only your threads i ruin
but back on point.. car dialed in? all fixed? from the look of your crew and their rides, and given you are repping the porsche marquee! we can't have you holding up the rear on these runs! lol.
so... what tires and sizing? i cant remember are you on f14's? i saw that thread you were asking about the oem gt3' wheels.. my favorite oem wheels too.
if only forgestar made the cf10 in 18! ( wtf is WRONG w wheel mfg'rs anyway?! ) then i'd already be running them. but they only make 19's, but it's a close "look" to the 96gt3 wheel...
anyway.. your cars dialed in now.. be safe!

Jim. You forgot to share mention that they are not all total relics as the ones with a hot pink roof, double up as a wireless hotspot that you can use if you have a subscription with that provider.

I'm waiting for a set of used quality wheels to show up for sales. i missed out on some a little while ago, I'm not paying full retail price for new ones.
My current rear tires were worn down to the canvas so I had to get new ones, I scored new PS2 225/40/18 fronts at 140AUD (102USD) each on ebay and 485AUD (355USD) rears PS2 295/30/18 at my tire shop. They should keep me going for the next 10k km's.
Yes car is dialed in now but just realized my new curved drop links aren't long enough and were binding with front axles. I used the straight ones again but 1st time with Eibach sways and they seem to have better clearance than the OEM sways, I'll get a better idea in a couple of days when I will go for a spirited drive. My assumption is the straight drop links work well with the eibach sways but not with the OEM sways. So far its looking promising,
Exactly, they're not just the old out of date booths are they.
well, this is how we USED TO do it
