Sparrow is infamous around these parts
Never seen wheels with Zinc coated hex headed face... I assume they're 3 piece wheels? I would think that's a lot of added weight, and how are they torqued down, looks too small to fit a socket in there...

They are cadnium bolts. These are some of the lightest wheels available. I think my 18x11.5 rear comes in at 19 lbs.

Torqued down with a socket....not too small

(That said, I didn't do them, my wheel refinisher did

Sneak peak. Had to grind down the bore as there was too much powdercoat to fit the hub

Car came with PSS10's. I wish they would go lower....i'd like to get another .5" down.

With that, i'm on my 3rd front spoiler (and always have a reserve in house, lol)

My offsets aren't ideal. Rears were originally 18x10's.....i wanted to go 11's and got a good deal on 9" inner barrels vs doing a 2.5"outer barrel and 8.5" inner to get a better offset. So the rears are 18x11 with a 47MM offset, I'm running an 18MM spacer (and was on them when they were 18x10).

As we started taking them apart, one of the fronts inner's was cracked. To avoid the delay in waiting for CCW to ship new barrels (my first set took 3 weeks, my hardware took almost 6 weeks.....i ordered all new hardware, first shipment then sent me one nut, one bolt, one washer, lol). So I ended up putting the 8" rear barrels on the front making them 18x9 with what I believe is 55mm. I have a 3mm spacer up front.

Still running Sumi HTRZIII's. 225/40 - 295/30 I need to move the fronts up to 235/40's as they are a little stretched on the 9" wheel.

What i've also learned from this experience, don't buy wheels used and start ****ing with them.......

Yes, nothing more expensive than saving money on a set of used wheels! With as much powder coating as I see on the bore, hopefully it isn't that thick on mounting surface of the wheel. If it is, and the rotor gets hot, the coat may melt and the lug bolts can become loose.

The back of the wheel hub surface and the area under the mounting lugs must never be painted or powdercoated.
