I previously had them done green and since she basically daily drives that thing, she hinted that pink would be cool. I laughed it off and eventually just did it. She loves it! It is fun watching her with pink calipers, straight pipe exhaust with X pipe, EVOMS tune and diverter valves get double takes on the highway and as she's racing!!! Also included a few other pics of my rigs from cars and coffee last weekend

yeah the pink doesn't look too bad. We will change it to silver or blue before we sell it though (only reason to sell would be for 997-991 tt)

 

this is her leaving cars and coffee when the calipers were green and before the darker tint, silver side vent splitters and silver front splitter painted. Looks much better now I think

I have pink calipers too................but only because the red has faded and they need a repaint!!

 

Why not pink mirrors and lower stripe to match?

I've been living with reddish/pinkish track faded calipers for YEARS now! sick of IT! arrggghhh.

 

I saw that thread!!!..........at some point I'm going to do the full R&R and repaint them. I was thinking green like the OP but maybe more the Porsche 918/ hybrid panamera acid green color. Not sure if it would look too Seattle Seahawks fan'ish with the lapis blue (no offense to the Seahawks fans!!)

 

the green looks great too! it's very 3rs, and would even work against the blk/silver! but since i've always hoped for the faux 2rs look as best i could i figure the argento gray is the way to go. they look sick!

also figure that since my car is full on raiders colors, the wheels are a nicely done pwdrcoated graphite grey and will match against the refurbbed calipers perfectly.

though i am getting a bit tired of folks telling me i look stupid with the helmet and eye patch on going 37 mph ha..
