AFAIK, the only fluids like that in the front are the clutch and the brakes. How big is the accumulation?

agree w either coolant or pentosin emanating from the frunk area..but if you've checked ? you could have a pinhole leak of the drivers side rad(?) the newer iteration of the vw/audi/porsche coolant is pinkish g13 but once 50/50'd its the consistency of oily water and very lightly colored. i'm hunching its pentosin tho..

gl with sorting it out.

only unscientific way to affirm that diagnosis would be if your clutch pedal has no "assist" and feels like a non assisted clutch with engine off. this would indeed point to a failing accumulator/slave or both. in fact it is common to change them both when replacing as their failure is, or can be, concurrent. if it's not holding pressure then it will be stiff at pre startup and eventually ( if not already ) you'll indeed see fluid migration to the master cylinder reservoir in the frunk. it will literally seep out of the canister and flow wherever gravity will take it. it can even seep into the cabin under the steering column. i'd be fairly diligent about sourcing it too. pentosin has nasty consequences when in contact with rubber or the like. gl w it.

Did you ever figure out what this was? I've got the same symptoms, looking through the front grill looks like it's from the AC condenser but I haven't taken the bumper off yet.
