Help: Tiptronic emergency mode, P0743 Solenoid lockup torqure converter

As title, the car wont shift another others gear in the emergency mode. My workshop told it could be just the solenoid replacement and not too complicate, but my question is, where can I find the MB part number of it? Can anyone pls advise? Thanks

Porsche was kind enough to list the MB parts #'s in PET

Here is an example page of MB part #'s

http://www.autoatlanta.com/porsche-p...section=340-02

The common issue is item # 16 "cable guide"
Failure allows ATF to leak into the wiring harness. Your workshop can quickly remove the electrical connector and check for ATF. If the harness is damp, replace # 16 first. Clean the body side of the connector with "brake clean", clear codes and road test. This cheap repair fixes the issue 90% of the time.

If the fault does come back, then replace the solenoid and electronic plate.

More info here:
https://w140faq.com/2013/12/10/merce...ctronic-plate/

Solenoid part # if needed (as used in MB and Dodge): Mercedes 722.6 Trans. TCC/PWM Solenoid / OEM # 1402770435 / 52108314AA

Hope this helps.
