Need code help

I'm getting a consistent set of codes. P0130 & P1114.

I have replaced all four O2 sensors. Any ideas?

Thanks in advance,
Steve

P0113 - Intake Air Temperature Circuit High Input or Intake air temperature above limit.

This is probably the MAF. The intake air temperature voltage signal is high, too high.

P1114 723 Heating LSU, Inertia Fuel Shutoff -- signal implausible.

Remove sensor connector bank 1 ahead of the converter. Check resistance between pine 3 and 4 towards [sic] the oxygen sensor. 3.0 to 3.5 ohms at 20C is ok. Anything else not ok.

Start engine and measure voltage between pin 3 towards the DME control module and ground. Should read battery positive voltage.

Check resistance between pin 4 and pin II/19 [sic]. Read 0 to 5 ohms.

Check resistance between Pin 4 and the sensor housing, pin 1 and the sensor housing, pin 2 and the sensor housing, pin 5 and the sensor housing, pin 6 and the sensor housing. Read infinite ohms.

Did you *clean* the sensor connectors with anything? Did you clean the new sensors? Use anti-seize?

Not supposed to do any of the above.

Sorry, I meant P0130 not P0113.

I didn't use anti seize, there was already some on the sensors. I simply installed them right out of the box.

Well do this unplug your maf sensor and see how it runs. Clean it also with electronic cleaner.

That code your getting is a 02 sensor fault.

May have been a potential code that didn't get cleared.

Yesterday the CEL went off and hasn't returned after approximately 3 drive cycles. Fingers crossed.

Still clean your maf or replace it. Sounds like it needs it.

Unfortunately the codes came back yesterday.

I don't have the stock MAF and it was cleaned recently, so I don't think that's the problem.

FYI It drive fine, with no issues.

Hopefully what you saw *was not* anti-seize on the new sensors. Anti-seize can ruin an O2 sensor.

You did write "P0130". I screwed up somehow and got that to "P0113". Sorry.

Still P0130 is an O2 sensor error code.

P0130: Oxygen Sensor Ahead of TWC, Bank 1 – Signal Implausible.

Diagnosis conditions

• Vehicle at operating temperature, after this 3 minutes idle speed, then approx. 30 seconds increased idle speed.

Possible fault cause

♦ Short circuit to ground
♦ Short circuit to B+
♦ Open circuit
♦ Oxygen sensor

I've cut/pasted some tests out of my reference for you. See below.

I was getting 02 codes intermittently because the pin was loose on the 02 harness plug and a wire was damaged. Might want to follow the harness back and check wires.
