While I prefer the stock copper plugs, have had a couple 6tt's come in running NGK and Denso Iridium's without issue, you should be fine

996TTFTW is infamous around these parts
I'll second checking the Maf. Mine went and I had terrible misfire under load. no lights on the dash. When I pulled the Maf it ran perfectly but with the ABS/PSM lights on. I cleaned the Maf but when I put it back in it wouldn't recognize it so I replaced it. Runs great now.

Most tuners and experts over here chose NGK PFR7B plugs and NGK coils.
Never heard of any car missfiring with these suckers.

That would probably be good, be careful gapping them, do not damage the centre electrode

most plugs that are to be used in this car are pre-gapped. that said, i am told and always use .027 w OEM Bosch FR6LDC for a tuned tt.

the more important aspect is the heat range & gap, less so the brand of plug as long as it is regularly used in this car. so ngk/denso/bosch/beru all ok. just make sure they are a "6" and recommended for the car.

from that other thread and "tony" from EPL

".026-.028If you plan on running more then 1.2 bar , gap them a little tighter."

Have a new maf on order....just one of the maintenance parts suggested to replace @ 55k miles. Will be removing engine/tranny this winter to fix everything.
