Where are you getting your vacuum source from directly from? Ideally id like to get it right from the plenum. What do you do with the vacuum lines comming off that valve can you cap them? I think that is the N249 valve right, In my Audi i deleted that... TIA.

I bypassed my BPV now to troubleshoot an issue and never put them back. Basically you take the hard plastic line that comes off the plenum and disconnect it from the valve and connect it directly to the line in the valve that goes to the 2 BPVs. Then connect a hose between the 2 open ports on the valve like how you did it on the Audi. PS: I did it with my Audi also.

I pull vacuum from two of the available 3 plenum nipples off the plenum. I use the other for my FPR.

On my car I have 3 lines coming off the plenum going different places. 1 going to the fpr,1 to the boost solenoid, and 1 to the bov valves. It's t's off one line to go to both.

My understanding is you want the boost solenoid before the throttle body not on the plenum - you don't want vacuum on the wastegates.

Solenoid valve is shut, no vacuum goes to the gates. The factory valves is plumbed the same way.

Did you get a code when deleting the n249? I assume you kept the electrical connector plugged in?

If you take the ypipe and throttle off its looking right at you.

As I said - my understanding is that vacuum on the wastegate isn't a good thing for the diaphragm.

It's not so much that as pressure can vary between before and after tb which messes up your boost control. Ya it's 20 min of messing around to do. Hard when your building a car off and on when your home, usually late at night after working a 90+hour week. You starting missing stuff. Not the first time I've had to redo something on this build that was an brainer I've done many many times.

That's depends on the tuning. You can turn the cel off for that valve and unplug it pr leave in plugged in and hanging.
