PST2 reset drive cycle to readiness
Start engine, let idle for approx. 2 min, 10 secs.
Accelerate to 20-30 MPH, Maintain steady speed for approx 3 min, 15 secs.
Accelerate to 40-60 MPH, Maintain steady speed for approx 15 mins.
Decelerate and come to a stop. Then:
Idle in Neutral for 5 mins. (manual trans.)
Thank you for the info, but I thought the PST2 can just reset it without doing any of these.
here it is:

i'm sorry then, as i have no experience with the porsche diagnostic tool. just a reader to turn off cels..
possibly rhetorically?..but if you could reset all monitors without having to drive cycle the car, wouldn't that by definition be cheating the ecu/system?
maybe not, but for smog tests (out here anyway ) their obd reads if codes have been cleared too recently and will cause a "fail" if plugged into the state system. none of this info may help.. sorry

Technically, I guess it is considered as cheating.
But I also drive over the speed limit.
On a seriously note, thank you for your help.

I do not believe this can force to complete a readiness monitor that would not be set to complete via a full drive test.
thanks for clarifying! and i was presupposing that your query related to the need to have them "all ready" for a smog test(?) so my point actually made a *bit* of sense
... given that any indication the readiness monitors have in fact been "force reset", which would in turn ( again ) be recognized via obd and cause the smog station to "fail" you. ( or at the very least require you to drive cycle the car until the requisite ( 100?? ) miles or so that are the minimum requirement for them to allow a "pass" ).. i learned this accidentally in my vw when i had a catback throwing cels and i turned off the cel and the smog guy told me i gotta drive around, even though all monitors were in fact "ready"..
so if it IS a "test"? just wait until 4 am and "drive cycle reset" since thats the only time you can maintain the strict protocol of the drive cycle reset!
if not? disregard ALL the above LOL but again.. i knew what i meant!
cheers and gl w it!
