No Start After Heavy Rain/ changing of seats

I know this topic has been discussed before but my car didnt start this morning after a heavy thrunderstorm last night. All dash lights and no cranking of the starter. Letting her dry out today and will check again tonight; assuming some electrical contacts got wet.

The only caveat is that I was installing seats and a rollbar yesterday before the rain - do any of the electronics under the seat effect ability to start? I am assuming no but figured I would ask.
Thanks

*edit - the car is registering 12v on dash meter - also the key fob wont work to open frunk - interior frunk release not working either.

Door open the entire time for rollbar/seat install, could have been the battery drain that broke the camels back?

registering 12+ volts on the dash - the key fob is also not working - couldnt pop the frunk - even the controls inside didnt work to open it.

Actually the immobilizer may be under the seat (it is in a cab). If this is fried, you won't be able to start the car.

Not a cab - just stopped home for lunch to try and get the funk open - tried to jump through fuse box nothing - pulled front right wheel well and couldn't find the lever to open it.
I did find this wire in the rear seat area that must have come unplugged during bar install.

Could this be my issue what does it go to?

That plug goes into your bose sub. Get a code reader and see what the faults say. Sounds like an alarm problem.

Yea looks like the immobilizer - may not have tranferred all the necessary harnesses from the stock seat.

Can anyone confirm everything that needs to be plugged in for the immobilizer to function correctly?

Not sure of the connection but there is an antenna behind the ignition key surround that is used to transmit an RF signal to the key's RFID pill which energizes the pill and in turn it responds with its RFID that is then decoded and if found in teh security system key ID table lets the engine crank.

There is another antenna -- not sure where -- in the A-pillar? -- that picks up the key's RF signal that is sent to unlock/lock the doors or front trunk.

Not sure where these antenna connections go to -- maybe not directly to the security module -- but they have to go to a device that receives the RF energy and decodes it and then transmits the digital data to the security module.

Thus, and I think this has already been offered by others, some connector is not connected at the security module. That's all I have...
