Dyno - UMW 1 bar tune & Unobtainium Catless
I'm thinking about some K16 hybrid's as it sounds they have longer legs and can hold the torque into higher rpms. 500ftlbs X 5500rpm / 5252 = 523hp.
I wouldn't want to give up anything left of 4500 RPM on my chart or even hit much harder under 4500 RPM.
Get Kevin's K16/997GT2RS ZC turbos. They're not cheap but you won't find any better K16s on the market. This is a dyno of them when I ran them on a stock block engine, 1.25bar, 91 octane, RUF intake, and RUF 100cell exhaust. Kevin detuned them down low to protect the rods. With a built motor you can shift everything 500rpm to the left and add hp+tq.

I did these same turbos along with a 100 cel Milltek, bigger inlet piping, gt2rs ICs, lwfw and it was a complete transformation of the car. Kevin is great to work with and his support has been well beyond my expectations.
Yes, K16's which are completely stock with almost 100,000 miles on them.

The K24's will hit later in the rpm band, requiring less tuning down low to save the rods. (Torque curve will naturally move to the right) Plus, you'll have all the legs you want up top and you can grow into them if you decide you want to go further down the road.
What brand inlet pipes / sizing and did you have fitment issues on installation of the inlet pipes
Same here, but part of me keeps thinking ZC's.
I've got kevin's tune and 100 cell Kline....good to see this dyno sheet

590 Crank HP only with tune/exhaust and K16 turbos???
That's huge !!!

I thought it's impossible with "little" K16...
I went to his website, but there is not a lot of informations or prices (not even 1 price )... Too bad.
The fitment of larger pipes is a bit of a pain, but some trimming and a heat gun make the job easier. Revised plenum, 3" tubes make for a really tight fit around suspension and behind oil tank. Engine drop made it much easier.
The dyno run was RWD.
