Latest round of mods complete. Gonna dyno next weekend. Predictions?
i run bell 4.5" and know how well they flow. just saying 3.5 can be a huge improvement as well. he added 3" piping and picked up 50 hp
It's okay for us to disagree and I do.
I will take down any K16 billet car you send my way IF, they're running through a choked up, catted, quad muffler boutique exhaust. Still running though stock, convoluted intake plumbing to an airbox and through stock intercooler plumbing with stock intercoolers or even 3.5's.
I've already taken down nearly half a dozen Billet cars and X50 cars in this configuration.
It's a simple recipe. The faster and more efficiently you can get the air in and out will ultimately win the day. In the case of the 996, there's too much HP left on the table if you're ignoring those simple principles.
Simply throwing on a set of Billets will certainly be an easy way to gain more power but ignore the basics and you're really, REALLY walking away from some serious power.

Do you use a vbox sport, or some other product they offer?
Out with the old! All should be buttoned up today. Might be able to get some dyno numbers this weekend. That is, if i dont buy a 928.
Looks like I had a little leak from the RMS. Glad we decided to remove the flywheel
