Toyos yes, BFG not sure. But the variaty in size 315/30 is very small.
But can anyone confirm, that running 235/40 R18 and 295/30 R 18 isnt damaging the allwheeldrive system?

No damage with the 235&295 combo. Actually that may be even better for the system than stock as the front tire is greater in diameter..
