Fuel pump replacement

Can someone tell me which one of the 2 lines on top of the fuel level sending unit is the fuel supply? Green tab or grey tab? I'm going to change my pump and I'd like to use the pump to empty out the tank by attaching a hose to the supply nipple and pumping it out into a gas can.

why would you drain your fuel, to change fuel pump, unless you have full take of gas.

I'm also replacing the fuel level sending unit and need to calibrate it. I should have mentioned that.
