Which color suits best?

Hi at all,

since i got my carbon hood/bonnet, i do not like the look of my car. The merdian silver just doesnt match with the carbon look....ugly.
I want to wrap my car.
My favorite color is 3M gloss dragon fire red. I always wanted a red 996TT.

What do you guys think?

I'm not normally into flashy colors on my cars but I've always thought red 996 with gt2 front looks really excellent and if I ever wrap it will be high on my list. Look up pictures from user oldturd on here for an example.

Red is an awful color on many cars. The 996TT is an exception.

Guards Red looks great. If you've seen Zanzibar Red, it's a rare metallic red/orange that's spectacular in person.

Personally, I like being different. I was thinking about this recently when I was looking to sell my Speed Yellow & replace it with a typical boring color. I was thinking about wrapping in something like a Porsche 964 color: Mint Green.

I was thinking about chosing the color 3M gloss hotrod red. I have seen it on a 997 TT with golden wheels. Liked it, cause i got golden wheels too, but i think the 996 TT needs a heavier red to look good. The zansibar red is too light for my taste.
Here is a puic of 996 TT. The look comes very close to the dragon fire red.

The mint is not my taste at all.

Sorry! I didn't notice you are in Germany. I realize the Mint must seem very inappropriate. You guys like the kräftigen Farben.

I doubt that has something to do with location or nationality.

I also have Meridian, and carbon accents are good with it but lots of carbon takes away from the look...

If I were to go with a red color, I would want something similar to McLaren Volcano Red. I drove a 650S in this color for a couple of days last summer and fell in love. Needs to be seen in person to appreciate.. It can look slightly orange to bright red to the color of a wine all at the same time.
