What is the flow rate for the k16 wheel? We should be able to figure out what is possible with them mathematically.

We already did on his old post they said around 480whp to maybe 500whp

K16 comp wheel flow 29lb. At the edge of the graph but realistic max flow is 26-27lb. This means peak wheel hp capable with them will be in the 520awhp range.
if you hit above 500whp on the dyno though it would be very impressive. Definitely prove your point.

520awhp would be 16g billet range no way would a stock k16 get there.

At 1.1bar on stock k16s is the highest we could go on a dyno with all mods and got 481awhp but it was a dynojet. We tried 1.2bar but the power went down because the turbo were blowing hot air.

Keith that is theological peak hp based on the compressor map. There are many factors that go into it besides that but that is the amount of air the turbochargers can realistically produce.

What other factors? I did the dyno when it was 52 in temps. I had all the same mods as OP. Plus I had a 5 bar.

If he makes more the 500awhp then he doesn't have stock k16. Now what dyno are we talking about? Dynojet or mustang dyno?

Also realistic peak hp for a pair of billet 16g compressors is about 750-775whp. Billet 16g wheel flows from 40-42lb depending on design.

775whp on 16g billets? I remember AMS had a thread about them making 700whp and they got bashed pretty hard with no dyno sheet.

I had 16g billets with every mod possible and made 584awhp with race gas on a dynojet.

I thought it felt like I was 700hp on the street then reality came in on the dyno. Lol

only talking here about the flow capacity of the compressor wheel.

for lots of other factors that go into it I'm talking about engine efficient. This is for every engine. You free up restriction, increase flow, and up your ve, Tom make more hp.

also tuning is huge.

Yes tuning is huge all of the big guys have tried including marski and protomotive and epl. No one has made even close to 700whp On 16g. I think markski client got right at 600whp but after that upgraded turbos.

Say Bauer is making around 450 wheel and could push that to 470-480 with a 5 bar and good gas seems reasonable to me. Some of the above assumptions seem optimistic based on dyno numbers I've seen people post through the last 5 years here. I know my 18G billets are only supposed to flow 43 lb/min so I don't think the 16's flow that much.

Keith your completely missing what im saying here. I'm talking the ability of the turbocharger itself, not that turbo on a particular motor.

the efficiency of the motor determined the true max hp for any particular turbo and tons goes into that. Literally 100 different factors can go into how efficient the engine can make hp

Lets talk here it terms of X turbocharger with a stock 996tt block with all or most bolt ons. Based on those factors your numbers seem optimistic at least based on the posts I've seen here, I have not dyno'd my car at all yet.
