I finally own a Porsche!!!! Turbo S!!
First of all, I would like to thank everyone on this forum for sharing there true passion and knowledge. I have been on the forum for over a year enjoying all that it has to offer. I can honestly say that I bought my car because of "6speed" and everyone who has contributed!!
I have been in the market for a new "sports car" ever since I replaced my 02 Z06 in June 03 with an E55. I love the E55 but it lacks the true sports car feel... Naturally, I gave the 2006 Z06 some serious consideration and the M5 will replace my E55 when the lease is up.
I have been back and forth for months killing myself over the very difficult decision to buy an 06 997s or a used 996tt. I decided on a Seal Grey 2005 turbo S cabriolet with 5k miles. My decision was much easier after seeing recent photos of the new 997TT and reading about the official horsepower numbers. I have owned many cars in the past but this is my first Porsche and I couldn't be happier with my decsion. I picked up the car last night so I have not been able to drive it much but I'm already in Love. Trying to download a photo but it says file exceeds forum limits.. Ughhh Nick

Thanks guys.. Wow is this car a blast to drive!! My wife and I had dinner plans in Delray Beach( I live in Boca Raton) which means I needed to jump on Rt 95 for a few exits... Hammering this thing in 3rd at 4000rpms is to much fun... I'm so impressed how smooth the power is on this car compared to the E55 and yes it feels a Sh#T load faster!! I really want to share a few photos but I'm having trouble... Any suggestions or can I email somebody some pictures to post for me?? Thanks Nick
