a little too late but it looks like upgrading to a 74mm TB may not be a bad idea as 74mm tb's are dirt cheap

Yes I did consider but seems upgrading tb is not either helpful or may add variable for the troubleshoot at the moment...

that totally makes sense. Maybe post a location and someone local could of swapped out a TB just to trouble shoot....just thinking out loud

Thanks mate, actually this issue happened in 2017 March, I did grab a 2nd tb from Ebay and worked until Dec, similar codes pop up and then I put back the cleaned up old one ran until last week, the similar issue comes back again, so maybe its time to throw a new one instead...
