Alex looks good, didnt know they were glued on. I just looke at the CF mirrors I got from you and they seem like PITA. But its always about the end result.

Just make sure you don't "break" crack the glass when you pull the mirror/glass off. Start with that and be gentle.. Once that's off there's three screws and it's easy
