74mm or 82mm, can someone pls identify?

found a used IPD plenum locally.....the seller cant tell me what it is yet....can someone help from the pic?

If you use the metric side of that tape measure, it looks like the inside diameter of that plenum is 82mm.

would the stock and 82 throttle body both bolt up to this? cause seller had a stock throttle body on it
