Does 996 GT2 need fuel gauge calibration?

Hi, all
My GT2 run out of gas but fuel gauge still show 1/4.
Notice when fuel level@1/4 and empty light on but soon run out of gas.
Should GT2 also need do fuel level sensor calibration like 996TT?

No, the gt2 should require the same sensor calibration as the fuel tank is different and doesn’t “calculate” the last 1/4. I would see if the float is caught on something in the tank. This could be your issue.

if the fuel light is on but the gauge reads 1/4 tank then the gauge is bad...
