ktr6 is infamous around these parts
Got the starter out tonight! Working this weekend but will hopefully have some time to get the hydraulic table together. Once the engine is out will post some photos of things going back together. Most likely going to do the GT2 clutch conversion and a guard LSD while the transaxle is out.

I'd like to see the LSD process for this car. Document and post if possible please. I am not sure if there's any shim tolerance issues you have to go through, of if you just plop it in. In my experience with other cars, it required multiple iterations to shim properly. I assume this would be the same

Making progress, I am down to the four bolts that hold the engine and transmission in. Testing my Harbor Freight hydraulic table with a TR6 engine overnight to make sure it holds weight before I trust it with my TT driveline. Power steering pump was a mess to remove but at least its out. Driver side radiator is now leaking for some reason as well......will get to that later.

How are you going to balance the engine on the flat table? Wood blocks that allow the engine to rest on the heads?

This is the plan, my engine drop is a little different as I have already removed the exhaust headers/turbos etc. Planning on cutting some wooden 2xs to balance the engine/transaxle during my drop. Will use a floor jack to support the hanging portion of the transaxle. Ill post some photos soon, on vacation this week....apologies for the delay.
