Dude just get a small bucket, fill it with water, and get a mitt. Dry them with a leaf blower or towel, and you're done. Leafblower is just faster. Some of the rest of these responses will take you all damn day.

That's a NO NO...paper towels will scratch...use MF or 100% cotton, Windex is probably too caustic, but perhaps diluted it will work...there are many better products. Never use Armorall as it is silicone based and will destroy the rubber over time.
