I think what Ray was trying to say is that those Recaro seats don't really suit the TT. It does but it doesn't. It doesn't because in a way is like the OEM sport seat but with the 2 holes on the top for the harness to go through. But it does suit it as well for those that doesn't want to have the hassel of climbing in and out of the seat but still want to have a pair of seats that provide support and be able to use the harness.

In the end, there are a lot of ppl that just aren't happy with stock but they have a lot of cash to burn thats why they can't help but change something. Those kinda ballers can be found all here in 6speedonline.com lol.

It means that it a grey market car and a real pain/$ to get ceritified to drive on the streets in the US.

FWIW, I think the seller is wrong about the California registration. Unless the law has changed, if it really is 49-state legal, one way of getting it registered here is as a used car, for which it needs to have 7500 miles on it (or needs to have a gauge cluster installed with more than 7500 miles on it). Wonder if that is why the "gauge cluster installation instruction" how-to thread is so popular....?

If one of you buys it and want to borrow a cluster, send me a PM.

European CS comes with fixed back seats, the owner must have swapped them out for better ingress/eggress or maybe only way to get them in country.
