You get this sorted? check your ground strap on the passenger side of engine

I did! Well, the dealer did. Creatures, mice presumably, chewed the harness. I think me dropping the motor and jostling harness behind those big connectors finally caused a short. They also found an old repair in there that a PO had done, so I think this was a long time coming. Car drives great again. Even better actually with the new clutch and tune.
