Only in my wildest dreams

Why was the 0-62 so slow though, I though that it was going to be faster than the enzo?

"Why was the 0-62 so slow though, I though that it was going to be faster than the enzo?"

it is around a track. also, the CGT is apparently much harder to launch owing to a finicky clutch.

Porsche is always conservative with performance claims. The car likely does 0-60 in 3.3-3.6 seconds.

Thanks for sharing. Now I am dying with anticipation until the Top Gear video review of the CGT makes it to the Internet!

I don't think that the 0-62 was Porsche's Claim, but what top gear tested on their race track.

Interesting what the last paragraph says. It almost makes you think he is saying even if he could afford this car he would still rather have the Ford GT.

So...does everyone (but me), pretty much like the looks of the CGT?

Sorry, but I just can not warm up to it.
First impression to me is...'kit car'. Front head lamp assembly appears, at first blush, to be lucite covering 2 projector lamps (for affect), side recessed door panals seem to reveal a reg car underneath, with add-on body work, 'table-like' rear wing may be 'purposeful' but ugly from the rear in up position. Up front, the way 2 body panals meet to form the front wheel arch is a body line (IMO) that does not work...(is that whole piece behind the front wheels removable? ....I'll stop.

Obviously enough people like the looks of this baby, as she is selling (and specs plus a good exhaust note won't alone pull down 600 large). It would be interesting to see the demo data on who's buying these......what % are current Pcar owners & what their other drives have been.
