Wink The Real Twin Turbo

Since Andial is closing its business this puppy will surely be a collector's car.

That car is beautiful. I don't care much for the wheels but I love that car. Drill down and read the invoices from Andial. Interesting read.

Shame really about Andial closing shop. These guys have been a fixture in the Porsche scene for the longest time.

Please forgive my ignorance but can anyone tell me why Andial is closing shop? I haven't been on top of all tuners lately. Thank you.

I wonder why andial never tried to make a prescence in the newer model porsche tunning world, 996's ect.

They have such a good reputation i figured it was a no-brainer.

Im not surprised.... as a matter of fact... back in the days when I had my 97 turbo.... my porsche mechanic used to work on a andial 650HP car( kept having issues)... the guy spent over $70K after all said and done... and never drove like it should have... problem and more problems. They even made him pay for the shipping back and forth the second time as well... hmmm thats no customer service... just my opinion... I actually seen the car myself at the dealership a few times...
aslo, alot of companies never shwitched over to the new 996t tts... I know of two very reputable companies that raced back in the 80s and 90s on the olf air cooled cars.... but thats where they stopped.... Technology and financial issues probably hampered the switch...

Rumors had that they couldn't compete against the online aftermarkets with cheaper bolt on power upgrades versus their $50 K engine rebuilt.

Their problem was never facing reality and dealing with the 996TT, WATER COOLED and all. Can't live in the past.
