RWD, coilovers with adjustable ride height. EZ to change back to stock when you are ready to sell.

I'd leave the motor and exhaust 100% stock. Once you start fooling with stuff, whatever you do is never enough and you will never be happy.

Hey, I remember you! I built some adjustable rear dogbones from a tutorial you posted years ago. They work great and improve tire wear immensely and help get the alignment needed for a really low car. Thanks!

exhaust tune and short shifter is close enough to stock and you get the best of both worlds.

All depends on the mileage. Bought mine 5 months ago with 18k miles. I decided to keep it stock to hold it's value after being advised by my shop to do so. If it had 40 or 50k miles I would have modded the hell out of it.

Suspension for sure. You'll feel that mod even if you drive slow. Tunes are great, but you'll really need to stomp on it to get your money's worth. I have both...among other things.
