Do either of the Cobb OTS Stage 1 or 2 tunes disable or desensitize the rear post cat o2 sensors?

Usually, you need a tune/flash to phase out the secondaries.
You may or may not have issues with inspection if they test for emissions.

 

I have a custom "motorsport" tune from Sambo that eliminated the CAT warnings I got with the Kline. I had forgotten all about it and took it in for a smog and passed no problem. Disclaimer: I had this done here in the Ca. Sierra foothills where Billy Bob's smog shop did not even look under the car or notice the Kline exhaust. I do run cats and think it is irresponsible to run a street car without <flame suit on>. Your results may vary

 

Protomotive tune here, secondary O2 sensors are disabled, been like this for a long time now, at least 3 smog checks here in SoCal, I've never had an issue. CATS on for smog check for visual.

 

My Proto catless tune failed in Idaho. I'm having Todd make me an emissions friendly tune.
