Evan, A shop should be able to fix that for you without a problem, the same way bumpers get patched and repaired, have it looked at or you can just replace it if you want 100%.

I believe a quality shop can do that for u...
I was once told by my bodyshop that... even if the bumper broke into 2 pieces...they can make it look like new...(fixed)
