Need advice

I'm looking for a set of wheels but mostly seeing 19" wheels just curious did any of you lower the car before you stepped up to the 19s or lowered after? My car came lowered on 18" wheels but I have since went back to stock wheels they look good but would like to do something else now. Do you have any rubbing or clearance issues with being lowered and what setup would be good for the AWD sytstem?

I have stock size tires on 18-inch HRE wheels with PSS10s. It only lowers about an inch, but there is absolutely no rubbing or requirement to roll anything.

I have had 19" OZ Superleggara 19x8.5, 19x11 with 315/25, 235/35 lowered with PSS9. No rubbing, no issues other than the availability of rubber...for 14 years

Thanks guys yeah really looking for the guys with the 19s my 18s are fine no issues just a tad bit lower in the rear than I'd like it but not much I can do about it unless I go with coil overs. BTW how is your ride I've read that they are stiff than the H&R drop springs I'm not planning on tracking the car at all just my ride around town and crusing.

Should have done this before I just used the tire calculator and looks like as long as I use the same size tires in a 19" there is no difference by that I mean the 225/40/19 in the front and the 295/35/19 for the rear should be the same diameter as the factory wheel and tire combo.
