I bought an 01 Turbo....geez, I have to change the oil and add gas....will never buy a Porsche again.

I bought some Champions RG5's....nobody told me I have to buy tires and pay to get them aligned and balanced.....will never buy wheels again.

I then bought some PSS9's....damnit had to pay to get them installed and pay for an alignment....will never buy a suspension ever again.

Then did GIAC stage 2.....I had to pay to change my spark plugs since the car had the wrong heat range.....Will never buy any kind of programming ever....plus never a Porsche again since they used the wrong plugs in 01 for my upgrade I did in 05.

OK....I bought the V-Flow too.....damn.....MAF takes a dump on me....then I had to buy some MAF cleaner....will never change my air intake again.

The list goes on and on....anything you modify on a car is going to have some negative after effects, especially if incorrectly installed. Luckily all of mine are installed correctly....hmmmm...maybe not my Techart bumper I did myself. If it falls off while I am driving, I can only blame myself since I put it on.

Sorry just making fun of BillyStangs thread about spending money to mod our cars...then complaining about it especially when it was his fault for the incorrect installation.

I agree with you on the no more mods thing.

You forgot about having to buy more gas now too. We were able to calculate that my GT700 gets anywhere between 2 and 5 mpg at WOT. I thought that these 6 cylinders were supposed to be good on gas

 

Haha you def thought wrong LOL jkjk.. My stg 2 gets like 13 or so with some aggressive driving

 

I took the "ol lady" for a drive and she kept talking, I'll never do that "mod" again.
I'm thinking of getting rid of the 3.6 turbo engine and installing a flat 4 from a mexican taxi bug......stock!! damn it. Then I won't have this spending sickness.
