Strange issue starting when hot

Hello there all
Bought my 996 Turbo this summer. Managed to drive it quite a bit car is a dream!
There is a strange issue though. When i have been pusching the car abit as in some spirited driving when hot out or doing some track work im having issues starting the car.
I did some searching but cant really recognise the issue.
When i try to start the car, the starter engages and spinns the engine as usual but it dosent spin the engine for more than like 2 turns before it stops.
If i open the engine lid and let it air out some then it starts just fine so it seems to be heat related?
i searched the forums and all i can find is people with either cars that dosent turn over att all or cars that turn over but the engine dosent fire.
I checked the car for error codes but i didnt find any.
Do anyone have an idea of what could be wrong?

So a little update, seems that the fround for the starter was at fault.
Waiting for a new starter to see if that has solved the issue.
