Tiptronic Issue (02 Turbo) PLEASE HELP

Hi All,
Need a little help here and advice. Here's what happened: Drove the car hard, with zero issues last weekend. Came to a stop light during the last leg of the rally, went from 1-2nd gear in manual mode and in second the gear stayed, no CEL's, no lights, no grinding or bad sounds, but the car wouldn't move forward other than at a few miles per hour. Pulled over to the side of the road and put the car in park. Let it sit for a few minutes to see if anything happened like a CEL. Nothing. Drove the car home with zero issues. I ran my durametric and got the following codes:

P0701
Porsche fault code 554 - tiptronic (gear implausible transmission slip)

Tiptronic trans G100 faults
39: CAN DME communication disturbed
50: impermissible ratio
51: transmission slips or gear implausible

I have had zero issues since this happened. No oil dripping. Nothing. What's crazy is my friends PDK did the exact same thing the day before. He replaced his battery. Problem solved (my battery reads 13-14 when on and driving).

I don't shift above 3500 and drive in 3rd most of the time around town. The car has only been over revved 3 times and the last time was 1,090 hours ago which was way before my 50 or so hours behind the wheel the last year. The transmission was replaced at 38k miles and the car currently has 75k. Full maintenance records all up to date with major and minor services. I had the ATF plus new gasket done 6/22/2020.

I took the car to my shop and they are replacing the ATF, filter, gasket (he said there was slight humidity from a small leak) and then go from there. I cleared the faults, then drove 17 miles and my shop said the faults were back on the car. Even though the thing drives damn perfect and I don't feel or hear any issues. I don't get it especially since the trans only has 38k miles on it and zero issues.

I do have the car tuned but talked to my tuner and it is not the cause or issue. We did pull back on the tune and dropped it to 500.

I've heard fellow owners say they changed the oil, filter and gasket like above and it fixed the issue. Then I've read horror stories with the P0701 and other faults (not mine above) such as n2-n3 that require a rebuild.

This is my first Porsche (996 turbo tip), It has full records from the first day off the lot by the original owner. He sold it to his best friend. I bought it from him.

I'm a bit nervous. Scared. Whatever. Maybe over reacting about this. So, any help would be appreciated.

Picked up the car today. Final diagnostic: Trans had only 3qrts in it (the tech took a pic for me to prove). Full transmission service done (fluid, filter, and gasket).

Also conducted a boost pressure test. Found two leaks. 1. throttle body seal and valve, 2. typical check valve (I think its #16)

The throttle body leak caused a terrible idle and not holding boost. With the above done, the car drives very different. Much smoother shifts, quite trans and engine. No ticks.

Before the trans service, the faults in the original post would come back after clearing them within 15 minutes of driving. I checked with the durametric 3 times on the 45 min drive, no faults seen or present. So far, this is a huge relief and success.

No Problem at all. I am hoping it helps others who have read horror stories about the P0701 code and the other correlated faults above, to not think its a full trans replacement like some advised.

It's been two days. I've driven the car as normal, hard as well to ensure the faults don't come back. I bring my laptop and durametric everywhere I go and I check the diagnostics after each drive so that if they come back I can pinpoint the mileage etc. No faults have come back.
