EVO Billet Shifter Linkage

Could someone give me some DIY advice on how to install this part. The instructions from EVO deal with the whole shifter mechanism not just the single part to replace the one that always breaks.
Just noticed that my part only has 2 allen head tighteners but has three holes. Iam I missing a tightener?
Thanks, Mike

msindi,
Would you look at your part and tell me if it has 2 allen head tighteners or three?
Thanks
