thanks Dock you demonstrated the quote of Ruiners I was refering too, thank you.
Hot Rod Guy, sorry if I included those in this forum that dont agree with Ruiners feelings about why we own this car. I stand corrected. I guess I should have said "I hope that is how most of us feel about our cars" shouldnt (and didnt want too) include those that ACTUALLY dont feel that way!?

Z06 playing with an E55. The E55 is no slouch.

what kind of video was that? not once did it give us some sort of object of reference.. either both were moving at different times, or one stays put.. or is behind, etc.. it could've been Z06 vs Elantra..
The following is merely an observation, devoid of malice, and not intended to disparage anyone. The Porsche community appears to be giving a considerable amount of attention to the C6 ZO6, citing the ZO6 as a benchmark for comparison, and opining as to how certain Porsches would fair against the ZO6. More so than other new cars. Nothing wrong with such discussions, and I am among the those who are genuinely impressed with the C6 ZO6. Nevertheless, I question whether there are subconscious motives/reasons underlying the considerable attention paid to the C6 ZO6 by this community. I am not qualified to answer this question and I will not speculate as to what is going on below the surface, but the heightened attention is palpable.
