And I am trying to figure out if I need new programming to go with Kevin's hybrid turbos and new headers or should I just get new wastegates (I probably sound like an idiot).

The one nice thing that IA/evoms/sharky, etc do is the credit on the ecu upgrade...
most other tuners will do the same... PSI, fvd, etc... they have to...
its the turbos that kill u .. they r very expensive and each time u get little credit towards them... My suggestion is to not go thru stages cause at the end u will spend as much as a gt700 set up... just go directly to a gt640(giac) and be done... and or any other tuner that has a 600+ HP set up...
I have gone this way and I wish I wouldnt make some mistakes...
Most tuners here work hard for their money... its up to u to make a conscious decision...
