The passenger side actuator rod is not straight like the driver side. Perhaps, at the factory, the bend in the passenger side rod was misshapen and the result was that the nuts had to be set at different distances from the end of the rod to result in the correct boost levels. Ruiner, you really need to buy one of those MIGHTYVAC gauges before you start into the monkeytronics IMO. I'm going to pick 1 up to more accurately set up my own.

It has been said that the passenger side is longer due to the bend... so the actual set up can be different... the corretc way is to pressurize them... the fast way is to measure the rods...

I honestly don't remember. I'll have to get back to you on that one... I'll try to take a look at it tomorrow and get some measurements.
