Holy cow, that's remarkable!
So, was this the rejuvenator oil followed by the prestine clean treatment? Can you tell us how you did it?
It was a piece of cake... I used a foam pad to coat the entire seat in a generous amount of Rejuvenator Oil , let it sit with heat on in garage for about an hour ... pulled car out the following morning and applied some more oil to the real trouble spots.... and let it bake in the sun.
That night i just used the cleaner in a spray bottle and a microfiber rag to wipe it down... and presto! Came off so easy once the cleaner hit it.... the results are remarkable
I picked up the 8oz Starter kit from AutoGeek.net and this entire thing cost me about $40

Nice. Just got my shipment in. Hoping to hit the seats, shifter boot and doors.
I just bought the 8oz kit for myself. I've used the Colorplus version of this product on my 964 years ago and it made leather that felt like cardboard completely supple again. I've got the same sport adaptive seats and my leather feels kind of stiff so hoping this softens and adds to their life.

Do you need to clean the leather prior? Im planning on using a hair dryer to warm the seats. How long do you think I would need to use it?
The key is leaving the car in the hot sun all day. The leather pores open up and the dirt lifts out. I tried doing the hairdryer and also leaving the car in the garage out of the sun and although it did make a change it was nothing compared to the results if the car is in the hot sun all day.
That is a great transformation but I am surprised by how rough your leather looked in a fairly young car with low miles. Have you been treating your leather regularly?
Yes this stuff is great. Another thing that would help is to start using it early and not wait till the seats get to this condition.
I also use it on all my leather shoes.
Why the water? I thought you had to use the cream to clean it after? Do you have to clean the leather prior to using the oil?
I noticed that it takes allot of cleaner to remove all of the dirt that may come from inside the leather. No matter how much you apply, leather keeps feeling sticky. So I use a damp cloth first, to help lift bulk of the dirt, then finish up with Leatherique pristine clean.
