Transmission 2-3 shift problem/question

Spent this weekend at the track and I'm continuing to have a problem with the 2-3 up-shift at redline. No matter how slowly (and I mean s-l-o-w-l-y) I shift I get a slight crunch of the gears. My foot is flat to the floor on the clutch and I've checked the hydraulic fluid severals times.

This transmission was replaced under warranty about 2K miles ago for the popping out of 2nd problem and has never been abused. Never a slam, speed shift, nor any clutch-dump hole-shots.

You guys have any thoughts or comments? It's really killing the joy for me on this car.

Im really no expert but, maybe the clutch is disengaging improperly causing that grind. With an almost new transmission, I can't think what else it could be. If your car is still under warranty, I would just take it back for additional repairs. This probably doesnt help but good luck getting it fixed.

Yes - Synchros regardless, the question is whether they are trying to work normally, and are being forced to grind by an incomplete clutch disengagment (in which case normal Synchros will resist the shift somewhat before being forced to grind and fixing outside cause will correct the grind), or are they willingly just letting you grind due to actual bad Synchros. Has the clutch engagement point moved since the problem developed? - A sure sign of dragging issues, also does the clutch have a crisp, well defined release point over its travel?

The clutch engagement seems reasonable as far as disengagement and engagement. Certainly no drag when stationary and it seems that it fully engages before the pedal is completely released.

The car has done this since I had the 'new' (I believe they're actually rebuilt) transmission installed under warranty. The car is under a Porsche Certified Warranty but my understanding is Porsche is very hesitant to replace a transmission more than once, even under warranty.
