Ken I'm sure your bank account has taken a ride as well, but when it's all said and done was it worth it in the end??? That is the real question in this matter

Well, here is my take on that.......
When I start this thing, when I look at this thing, when I drive this thing, it has a sensory effect that is without equal. Part of it I guess is the feeling of accomplishment since I have done the work myself. The other part, the majority, is the sensations that it gives you as you listen to it and feel it when you drive. It is very hard to describe and it didn't do it in its stock form.
Quite frankly, it is a really fulfilling and anticipated event as it is lowered on the lift and backed out of the garage with that distinctive cold start sound.
With the aero parts and performance parts, it is akin to rolling out the race car for a driving session.
I know this all may sound stupid to some, but to those in the know, that have modded and relentlessly upgraded, I think you can appreciate what I am saying. It is very hard to put into words.
So, in the end, I would have to say that the suffering of the bank account was definitely worth it.

Ken, I know exactly what you are saying. When I overhauled and upgraded the Lambo, not only was it faster and better, ..., but now you had a much stronger connection with the vehicle. That's the biggest reason I am having trouble parting with it.

Great story Ken. Can anyone tell me of a BMW that is better looking, faster, or just better in anyway than a Porsche of the same year. I sure can't.
