me and my buddy are having an argument about a poster in his room. The picture is of a 996 X50 which i told him it was, and he insists it is a 911 Turbo. Please let me know, i have an obsessive compulsive disorder of always being right.

You are ALL wrong, it is a Porsche 911 Turbo X50.

 

I thought 911 turbo was the generic default name of the 911 body style with any generation turbo? I have read on other posts addressing this topic that they can be one in the same???

 

I do not think that the original poster is aware that the 996 X50 is indeed a Turbo, like yours.
