A tip won't win, here is how is should be... with seatbelt fastened!!! 1.8 bar from Kevin's zero clearance turbo's and Sharky's Ghetto shims to jam the wastegate. Also, rev limiter removed!

Yes, the picture does peek my curiosity...It seems weird that he would be driving one handed, videotaping, snapping pictures and not wearing seat belts while at that speed, unless there was a passenger. I guess the proof will be in the pudding, if and when we see a video. Regardless, sounds like pretty reckless driving with great risk to his personal safety...and possibly to others if there were other cars on the road....
