I am looking to tint my MCS (That is MINI Cooper S for those that don't know) this week and want to match the % on the TT, Here is a picture. Does anyone know what % it is? Another thing, is the stated % the amount of light passing through?

This looks like 35%?? There is no sun in the pic making it harder to really tell...
Also, to your question, YES, the % is the % of incoming light that actually goes through
