Got a Cab X-50 or S?

If you have an X-50 or S cab TT 6 speed, I have a deal for you!

I have had a rather abrupt change in my cash flow situation (https://www.6speedonline.com/forums/...ad.php?t=51976) and have to "dump" the turbo. I have a small fortune in upgrades - I was planning on being buried in the car. Sh*t happens.

As we all know, you get pennies, if anything, on upgrades. I have a $16K Kreis Seig titanium exhaust (switches from 100 cat system to straight pipes with the flip of a switch). This was undoubtably the best mod to the car - it sound unreal in either mode. I am willing to give this to anyone with a Cab X-50 or S with the understanding when you sell your car I will have first right of refusal on the car when you sell it. (I may be down now, but I will come back somehow) You have to send your exhaust to me so I can do the swap and pay for half the work done in the swap. I would imagine it would be around $200.

And I have custom headers if you want those, too. They're polished and ceramic, low heat. Your call on those. I didn't notice any big difference with them.

If interested and you have a Cab X-50 or S, drop me an email at kendixon@adelphia.net

I'm in San Diego if that matters.

sorry to hear you must sell your car. I have a buddy with an '05 Turbo S Cab, but he just upgraded to a EVO stage 4 system. Good luck

The exhaust would still work fantastic. I'm running a GIAC stage 3 or 4 program.

Sorry to hear Ken, I'm sure you'll be back - the best never rest. As Joe and Arling mentioned, you're a very generous individual - let us know if we can do anything. Would be happy do donate computer/photo/web labor if you need it for anything.

Ken,

I am in OC and I have a Turbo exhaust from my 2001 Turbo with 6,000 miles on it. You can have it if you want to come pick it up. Then you can put your exhaust in the corner of your garage and keep it until you are ready for your next car. If interested PM me.

The TIP hurts resale - probably a wash because of the X-50. I'll start at $75K and see what interest I get - the Blue Book says private sale value is $88K -

Ken,
Are you interested in selling the exhaust outright?

I hate selling stuff to "friends" - I'd rather give it away. By giving it to someone and getting the chance to buy the car later, I'm better off. I have to believe that I will "rise from the ashes" ... again.
