Just curious. I'd really love to hear what the GT2 dudes have to say about the 997 TT. I know plenty of 996 TT owners that are moving over but haven't heard of any GT2 owners switching.

Not doing it. I might consider a used one in a few years if I warm up to the way it looks.

HELL F'N NO!

That new turbo looks wack... and I really don't see how it's superior to the GT2 in any way.

I decided I'm only going to buy "GT"s from now on.

I hope I never have to get rid of my GT2... that is one car that still excites me every time I look at it or drive it.

I passed on the 996TT for the same reason that I will pass on the 997TT in that these cars have no feel and too civilized to get any excitement out of them. We'll see how the 997GT2 performs.

I am keeping my GT2 for sure. In my opinion, the new 997tt doesn't look much different from the 996tt. I don't think GT2 owners will get any excitment going to a 997tt at all.

Probably not. I've had the GT2 for 3 years, and although I looked at a 997TT at the dealer last week, it doesn't seem like a good replacement.

I'm very impressed with the performance numbers being shown for the 997 Turbo, but so far I'm unimpressed with the looks. Maybe when I see one in real life I'll have a change of heart.
I'd also like the model to age for at least a year or so. Want to make sure that they've fixed all the bugs. I have visions of those new turbos spitting various parts out through the rear deck.

Saw my first one on the road yesterday up close. Black/black. The onlt thing that I really like so far are the LED turn signals up front. I'll pass as well for now.
