Hey Rockitman, can I change my subname to sausager too, I love it. Just kidding mostly, but you can print edge to edge (full bleed) on 11x17, or any other size up to 13"x19". The printer even has a cutter that comes with if you want to use roll paper. Others say it works well.
I know what you said should make sense, but I do feel you get quite a different view through glass on an epson velvet fine art paper than you do through glass with a semigloss (I rarely print gloss on the epson because you get a little bronzing). If I could show you the difference you would say wow!
And finally, if you want the prints to last as long as you do (and so do I, I think it is critical) .........
There is only 1 answer ...... EPSON ARCHIVAL! The 2200 is nice and Kens new one is beeeeuatttty!

Rockitman:
I'll even go one step further, email me a real nice hi-res photo and I'll print it of you and send it back to show you what I mean.
Of course you'll owe me,
