Oil Consumption?

I have a 2002 Turbo with ~31,000 miles.... After a 2 day DE a few weeks ago and about 1000 miles I seem to have used about 1qt. of oil in about a months time. Are you guys noticing about the same consumption? I have been driving the car daily....

Its within Porsche limits thats for sure but why don't you use the search button and you'll find dozens of oil consumption reports.

Don't fill it up all the way and you will notice a LOT less consumption. Only add half a quart at a time.

I must add that my oil consumption used to be around 1200miles per qt is now around 1700miles since I changed form Mobil 1 to the ultimate sinthetic Motul 300V Power 5W40.
